Can a contract be entered into by a corporation, rather than an esthetic salon?

The contract can be made under a corporate entity. However, our products are intended to be carried through esthetic salons.
Therefore, you will also be required to provide the salon’s information on the store registration form as part of the registration process.
What if we have multiple salon locations?

If multiple salon locations are operated under a single company, only one contract is required, and multiple salon locations can be registered under that contract.
If the salon locations are operated by different legal entities, we kindly ask that a separate contract be entered into for each operating company.
Is online sales permitted?

As a general rule, we do not permit the sale of our products through online channels.
However, we may be able to accommodate sales through a salon-operated website that is accessible only to specific customers. Please feel free to consult with us regarding your particular situation.

How should the products be stored after opening?

Unopened products can be stored at room temperature for approximately one year.
Once opened, we recommend using the product within three months.
If Likki products are used together with products from other brands, in what order should they be applied?

Unfortunately, we are are unable to provide guidance regarding products from other manufacturers, as we do not have sufficient information about their formulations and details.
For information on how to use products from other brands, please contact the respective manufacturer directly.
When should I use the mist in my routine?

The mist can be used at any step of your skincare routine.
It can be used in place of a toner, throughout the day to help combat dryness, when refreshing your makeup, or as the final step of your routine by misting over the skin after applying your cream.
Is it suitable for sensitive or reactive skin?

Yes. It is suitable for those with sensitive skin.
What if I have a fish roe allergy?

As Totonoi Mist contains PDRN, we recommend that individuals with a fish roe allergy refrain from using this product.
