Chihiro Kaji

After graduating from high school, Chihiro moved to the United States and studied Psychology.
While attending university, a facial treatment experience inspired her to pursue a career in the beauty industry. Upon returning to Japan, she entered the eyelash extension market during its early stages and began building her business.

In 2006, she founded Jennifer Lash Co., Ltd., followed by the establishment of HAAB Co., Ltd. in 2012.
In addition to operating numerous businesses across the fields of aesthetic medicine, cosmetics, and wellness, she is currently focused on research and development in regenerative medicine in collaboration with researchers at Tokyo University and Juntendo University.
In 2025, a joint research paper conducted in collaboration with Keio University was published in an international peer-reviewed scientific journal.
